You can now access each Medicaid Reform Health Plan's web site from links on the "Pick Your Plan:Step 1" page.

This is another way to learn more about a specific health plan's benefit copays and limits, extra services, enhanced benefits, participating physicans, and covered drugs.

NEW HIV/AIDS Specialty Health Plan available in Broward County for those living with HIV/AIDS and their household members. Services begin May 1, 2010. Call Choice Counseling for details, or view plan information at www.positivehealthcare.org.
